On Friday, 13 December 2019, FPCI held a discussion titled Russia’s View of Modern Geopolitics in the Middle East at Bengkel Diplomasi.
This discussion featured Maxim Sergeevich Grigoriev, President of Foundation for the Study of Democracy from Russia as the speaker and Gilang Wahyu Kuntoaji, Researcher of FPCI as the moderator. This discussion aimed to provide an in-depth analysis of the current situation in the Middle East and a comprehensive understanding of the geopolitical aspect.
There were 80 participants attending coming from university, think tanks, and diplomatic corps. The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Indonesia, H.E. Lyudmila Georgievna Vorobieva was also in attendance.
